This RV rental lot is located at Lake Limerick in Shelton Washington located 40 minutes from Olympia on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula.

Due to community HOA rules, this lot is available 1 April - 15 November.

No rent increase since last season.

The private Lake Limerick Community has a 9 hole public golf course and pro shop. The community has a club house, restaurant and bar to use for a $50 social membership fee.

This RV lot is located within walking distance to the pro shop, restaurant and lounge.

The lot is large and can accommodate a 40” motor home and truck. The lot has a fire pit with log seats.

The monthly rental fee is $900. The monthly rental fee includes full hook-ups, water, and septic. Renter is responsible for electricity, garbage & cable.
