THE DETAILS:
All infrastructure is in place. We’ve completed an enhancement to our water system and one to our commercial septic system is upcoming. In addition, we've upgraded the primary electric in order to ensure higher voltage, now and in the future, as rigs and ancillary structures continue to demand more. Other community improvements and the addition of amenities are continuing throughout our now, nearly 50-acre, site.
$14,999 is a one-time payment for a 99-Year Renewable Land Lease which provides exclusive / transferable use of the RV / Tiny Home Site for the duration of the term.
There is no HOA, but there is a $26.25 Monthly Maintenance Fee per residential unit to cover the cost of well pump electric and maintenance of the water/commercial septic system. Water, central garbage collection and community Wi-Fi is at no additional cost.
Leaseholders may rent their Sites when not in use in order to potentially generate income.
Leaseholders may perform improvements to their sites, such as adding a Tiny Home or Park Model, concrete pads, fire pits, sheds, xeriscape landscaping, etc.
