This 2022 22MLE has not been smoked in or had pets in it. It has been maintained at the dealer where purchased. It has been a great starter trailer for us, but now we want something a little longer for extended stays.

The extended protection plan can be transferred to new owner. It also has a five year extended coverage for the exterior. It has been a reliable trailer for us.

All the comforts of home including heated and massaging theatre seats, updated smart TV, shock absorbing pads on stabilizers, and self closing screen door with pet guard.

We have had the struts replaced on the awning and also the black tank drain valve replaced.

All recalls have been addressed through the dealer.
