2018 DRV 40’ KSSB. We are the 2nd owners of this beautiful RV. The original owners had it built and delivered to a resort at the LOTO. They stayed in it a handful of times and decided the lake life was not for them. We purchased it in brand new condition and have maintained it with an open checkbook since. It is kept in a heated mancave during the winter months and stays at Millstone Marina and RV Park for the remainder of the year. It is waxed twice yearly and was ceramic coated in Jan ‘24. This home away from home is in excellent condition. We did preventative maintenance by a professional over this past winter including a new roof, serviced and resealed AC units - had covers custom painted. Installed new rain sensor fans and replaced rubber seals on all slides. We have a water softener so hard water issues do not exist. It has a Tempurpedic king size bed, under bed storage, walk in closet in bedroom, Fisher + Paykel DW, 3 burner gas cooktop. Oven, Microwave/Convection oven, 2 AC’s, Central Vac, W/D hookups, ceiling fan in living area, fireplace, electric recliners, sleeper sofa that matches recliners, 55” TV in living room, 32” TV in bedroom, stereo system with surround sound and DVD. Whirlpool residential fridge with ice maker. Crown molding throughout. Power awnings. Sliding storage tray in basement, keyless entry, and generator. Has never had any leaks, has not been smoked in and is in immaculate condition. We absolutely love it, but we want a bath and a half. The DRV are built for luxury living whether it is for full-timers, traveling or weekenders like us. I have more pictures of it that I can send upon request.
