The only thing the unit needs that I am aware of is tires The unit is 8 years old and needs tires only due to age.

I will be glad to have tires put on the camper However, that would be an addition cost of what ever the cost of tires would be. You may have a contact to get tires for less. It has the normal wear and tear for an 8-year-old camper. I am the 2nd owner. i have had it for 3 years.

Unit just came back from shop having a new control board put on the H2O heater and new skylight put in over shower. I had them check the roof to see about cleaning and sealing. The shop stated no need to do that right now as the roof was in good condition. Only reason for selling is lack of use. ☹
