RV Description

I retired in 2019 and my original plan was to work for 6-7 years until my wife retired and then we would buy a camper and travel. However, once the Covid Pandemic hit my job got crazy so I decided to leave my job and travel for a few years until my wife would be able to retire and join me. So, I bought this trailer new in May of 2020. I traveled a bit the rest of that year – approximately 6,000 miles. The next year, 2021, I traveled a bit as well – approximately 9,000 miles. As the pandemic began to wind down however my wife’s job changed and I needed to go back to work to work as well due to inflationary and other personal reasons. So in 2022 I only traveled 1 time in the trailer and then stored it that fall. The next year, 2023 I was again involved in work with a new job and did not travel at all and the trailer remained in storage. This brings us to this year and my wife’s job has changed again and she won’t be able to travel with me, and because of inflation and other economic pressures I am now working nearly full time. So since we are unable to use the trailer it just doesn’t make sense to pay storage costs for 5-7 years until we both fully retire and are selling our trailer. I have maintained the trailer per the manufacturer’s recommendation. The axle bearings were lubed in 2021 at approximately 11,000 miles. I routinely lube the slide out and other parts, all seals and caulking joints have been routinely checked and maintained. Every winter I winterize with anti-freeze and replace the water heater anodizing rod. The bed is updated with a thick memory foam mattress. There is a Bluetooth wireless sound bar and sub woofer along with a DVD player that plays music and connects to the television set. The awning is a Thule electric awning. All appliances function as new including water pump, oven, fridge, A/C, propane heater. The original tires have been replaced with Goodyear Endurance trailer tires – approx 12,000 miles on these. There has never been any damage to the interior or exterior of the trailer. All logos and appliques on the outside are in original condition. There are no and have never been any leaks in the trailer. I am including all accessories needed to hook up and camp the same night. Although Covid changed our plans and we are selling our trailer, we have great memories from our trips and are confident it will provide you great memories as well.
