Powered by diesel Mercedes Benz engine for better fuel mileage and has two slides. The 24 foot length Sprinter chassis is easy to drive and perfect for smaller campsites. It has a great floor plan that sleeps 4-6 people. There’s a queen bed in the back, an additional large bed over the cab, and a loveseat that converts to a full size bed. We like this model of the View because even when the slides are in, you have access to the fridge and bathroom. Once you reach your destination, the front driver and passenger seats swivel to create additional seating.the perfect place to relax while viewing the 22" TV over the Kitchen space. The kitchen is equipped with a double stainless steel sink, a two-burner gas range top, overhead cabinets, plenty of drawer space and an electric/propane refrigerator. The rear primary bed offers plenty of overhead storage and has a 22" wall mounted television. Next to the primary bed space is the bathroom with shower, new toilet and sink. There is plenty of led indirect lighting throughout the RV which accentuates the high gloss cabinetry. Includes an onboard Onan 3200 Diesel generator for those times when you don’t have 30 amp electric access. You can also power the RV using the RV's twin marine batteries. The batteries charge pretty quickly by plugging into shore power, or by using the 3 upgraded rooftop solar panels- complete with 1000 watt inverter. The awning is in great shape and also has led lighting.
What’s great about this RV: This unit is super clean, runs great and ready to hit the road!
What could be better: As is common with the Winnebago View units of this time, the upholstery leather is deteriorating. We've recovered the captains chairs with new leather seat covers, and have simply placed a throw over the back of the loveseat to accomodate. There's some paint fade on the roof due to sun exposure, and there's a small piece of plastic missing off the rear bumper (we have the 4” piece of plastic that came off).
None of these imperfections affect the comfort or performance of the RV. We do have a current Experian AutoCheck report (score of 96)and all service records.
Note: If you are going to tow a vehicle we do have a complete Roadmaster Nighthawk tow package for the RV to be sold separately. We purchased tow package in 2023 for $3059. If interested, we can negotiate into the price.
Overall this is a wonderful RV that has provided us with many lifetime memories!
