This has been an amazing rv for us but no longer need one this large. There have been a few modifications to the unit. Flex Armor roof with transferable lifetime warranty ($12,000). At this time the roof was also prepped for 3 large solar panels and wiring down into the basement. The fans in both bathrooms were also upgraded to maxx air fans (front still needs wired). We also removed the couch in the living room and put in two recliners and a table. Love seat in the bunk room was removed in favor of more floor space. The bed in the master is a memory foam rv king from mattress firm.
