New trailer tires. Fairly New battery. Fairly new Microwave (used for 2 trips). Fairly new 32" flat screen smart TV. All mattresses are thicker upgrades. Added a full size sofa recliner with all the bells and whistles. Made several cabinet modifications and adjustments for better storage. We took out the dated switched camper lighting and added a lot of recess dimmable LED lighting. Very bright when you need the light but perfect for relaxing when dimmed. Installed winterization pump kit. Comes with all the drain hoses, water supply hoses, power cord and adapters, sewage adapters, some waste water treatment solution, wheel chocks. Has One slide out. Outdoor kitchen with fridge,sink and cooktop. Rear luggage rack. Blackstone grill and propane as well. 2- 12 x 14 camper mats. Equal-i-zer sway control hitch included. Buyer should have all they need to go straight to the campground.

We really enjoyed the camper, especially when the kids were young. Made a lot of great memories that they still talk and laugh about today. We are getting older now and camping although still fun takes a little more effort than we want to expend during a relaxing vacation. We would not trade our experiences with it but are ready to let someone else enjoy it.
