Simple and fast set up. Easy to tow at 2535 lb dry weight, 20 ft long, 8 feet wide including fenders (no need for tow mirrors). Kitchen slides out, sleeps 4, queen bed, plus the dinette converts to a second queen bed. Single propane tank, one year old battery, 13,500 BTU air conditioning, 20,000 BTU forced air heater, two element cooktop stove, three way fridge, enclosed bathroom with shower, water heater, tires replaced last year, spare tire, 36 gallon fresh water tank/30 gallon gray tank/30 gallon black tank, upgraded to SmartPlug for safe and secure power while camping with full hookups. We can even include a starter pack of essentials for getting the camper properly equipped. Stored in a secure facility North of Denver.
