Warranties are: Apperance protection; paintguard, fiberguard, and leatherguard, Platinum Compass RV protection (convenience packet, audio and video technology, unlimited towing), and Road Hazard (flat tire repair, tire replacements, road service, mounting and balancing). We UPGRADED the mattress. We have all owners manuals. We also have a video of the outside, but we could only load one. You will NOT be disappointed with this buy.
