We purchased our camper new in late 2021 and its build date is Sept. 2021. Our camper has NEVER had a leak and there is NO water damage. Never smoked in and no pet damage, NO odors. The interior literally looks "showroom new" and the exterior is nearly perfect. There is NO delamination.

We traveled only on occasion to Oregon state parks for a few days at a time. Our camper has never even seen gravel roads! We are selling because we are planning more RV travel in a motorhome.
