Has a cold A/C and a warm furnace that runs off of 12v and propane. There are dual 20lb propane tanks (This is an upgrade). Electric tongue jack makes hitching up a breeze. The black and gray water tanks hold 30 gallons each. You must be connected to a 30amp power source to use the A/C or microwave.
