We are selling our 2022 Rog 12RK. Bought new in September 2023 (left over model) Only used twice. Upgrades that we added are: roof ladder purchased from Encore, flood lights on each corner, 32 inch flat screen TV, digital thermostat, keyless entry, OVS 270 awning with all 3 walls included, Ironman 6x8 awning with tent enclosure, portable toilet, cargo nets that have never been out of the box, awning lights and camping gear storage that has never been used. It has been garage kept! Excellent condition!
