I'm not going to waste your time by giving all the manufacturers details regarding this well maintained is RV. You have already spent hours on varying sites scouring and reading the same text I could have put here. Myself, I would consider that as cruel and unusual punishment.

You must be thinking to yourself "Why are we selling this RV in the first place?" We sold our home in the Austin area and bought the RV. We traveled some, but mostly she was parked. But a few years ago we bought a home in East Texas, and we decided to "down-size" the truck and RV. Truck is long gone and now it is time to sell our RV.

There is less than 10k towing miles on this RV. Tires are brand new, less than 100 miles on them. I have a report that states this RV has never been involved in an accident or incident. Due to a defect in the roofing material, it has been replaced with all NEW vinyl. Toilet - Replaced. Bathroom Faucet - Replaced. Kitchen Sink Faucet - Replaced. TPMS Included. Black Tank Gate - Replaced with electronic gate. Extra Storage Tubes installed up front under the frame for storing waste hose, ladders, mats, etc. Blinking / Flashing Safety flashers add to rear of RV. Many other upgrades added as well.

Everything functions. If anything failed, I fixed it. All periodic maintenance performed on regular basis. All inspections performed annually.

This is a very well maintained and cared for RV by the current (and first) owner. Both AC's work and kick out a chilling 65degrees.
