First off, PLEASE do not ask me to go to some obscure newly created VIN history web site. Doing so will get you nowhere but ignored. As stated below, I have a VIN history already purchased and I will provide you that report via an email you provide. If you're a serious shopper, I apologize for my abruptness and I hope that you will read on.

I purchased this little RV new in late June of 2020. It's paid for in full and I have a clear title showing NO liens against this RV. I've used it only five times since so this little mini bedroom + shower on wheels is virtually brand new. I recently replaced the tires in April 2024 because the original "China bombs" developed cracks while just sitting in my driveway. The 12V deep cycle battery was also replaced in 2023. All tanks and water heater were drained for winter each year. There is a canvas RV cover included. Also comes with a hitch stabilizer (a necessity in my opinion), a Furrion brand wifi connected rear view / back-up camera with a 7"screen, and an after market small portable electric oven.

There are only two defects I'm aware of. The first is that the outside speakers are shot and need to be replaced if you plan on listening to the RV's radio while outside. The second I only recently discovered. A prospective buyer pointed out a one inch tear in the awning cover located about an inch from the RV's edge where the awning cover attaches. Looks like it was possibly done by a tree branch rubbing against the awning.perhaps in a high wind? I've added a picture of that tear to the end of the current list of pictures . I can only guess when it happened. Sorry.
