Master bedroom has air controlled sleep number bed. Original sleeper sofa has been replaced with a futon.

Full disclosure, we just found out (April 2024) that the awning material is torn. We have never used the awning and the prior owners stated they didn't much either. It has been rolled up for as long as we have had it. We will knock that price down as a result.
