312BHTS Rear Bunk. (UPDATE: Camper has been closed up/winterized all winter. The last week of April it was opened up and still smells new. No water incursin, mold or bugs. Like New Condition! HAS BEEN PARKED MOST OF IT’S LIFE. If you see this ad, the RV is still available. Clean, very little travel, well maintained, very spacious and functional. This is the one! This quality built unit provides space for a family of 4. Bedrooms on opposite ends of the camper with solid doors. Even though we (myself, wife and our 6yo) have lived in this unit for the last year, it shows like new. Ready to hit the road or park for full time residence - The previous owner bought this camper new (in 2021) in Johnson City, Tenn. He towed it from NC to Ohio and back 1 time then stored it inside his metal building for 1 year before we bought it. For the last year and 3 months since we purchased the camper, it has been parked and used as our residence (we just bought a house so we no longer need the RV). Less than 1,100 miles on this camper. While parked, the Goodyear Endurance tires sat on curved tire rests to prevent flat spots and dry rot. The camper is very clean inside and out, no issues other than cosmetic (a small dent in the metal side skirt, small dent in fridge door, a scratched decal). -Back room - I installed bed sides on both bunks and a handrail on one bunk for kid's safety.
-Sleeper sofa removed (but stored indoors) if you want it - we had no need for it so we took it out.
-Primary mattress and comforter are clean and like new, they were plastic wrapped and stored in climate controlled storage while we lived in the camper - (we used our Sleep Number mattress).
