It has the ocean directly across the street and the Indian River in the back of the park. There is an underground tunnel to take you safely across to the pool and beach. The park and pool are both gated for safety and privacy. There are pickle ball courts and shuffleboard among other amenities. The rent includes water, electricity , and cable. One pet permitted.
